Unable to change Guest Portal Password Policy

I am in the middle of a new deployment on ISE 2.6 patch 8 deployment. When attempting to change the Guest Password Policy to make password 8 characters and click save we get the following error. Can't find any bug reference. Anyone else seen this issue and got a workaround

The issue is due to the known defect:

Guest password policy settings cannot be saved when set to ranges for Alphabets or numbers

Workaround:
Change the range to custom instead of All(A-Z), All(a-z), All(0-9). In the text box next to custom, you can enter the list of permitted alphabets and numbers. It will already pre-populate the entire list if you just switch to custom.
