Unified Communications and ISE

Hi Everyone,

We are in the process of designing ISE deployment and one question popped up during the discussion. We have caught the "unify everything" syndrome and so the access via Wireless and wired need to be seamless. So, incase we decide that a user falls on VLAN Y no matter if on wired or wireless and the user decides to have both the wireless and wired coenction active. How does the ISE client on the machine manage this.

* Is it "This has nothing to do with the ISE client and is it up to the OS"

* will they get two connetions

* which one will take precedence?(can we change it)

* or only one is made active and the other only upon the primary connection disconnet.

regards.
