I need to update the ACS 5.2 appliances we have here and they do not currently have a software repository available. Is it possible to update them locally, either by buring the patch to a CD or with a thumb drive?

Hi Ric,
If you want to upgrade the ACS 5.2 to the latest patch then you will need a software repository, but if you are refering to an upgrade from 5.2 to 5.3 then you can use the ISO available in the Cisco download page:
-Create a backup of your 5.2
-Reimage with 5.3 DVD
-Restore your 5.2 backup
Note: There is a way to apply a patch using the CD however you will need to open a TAC case for this and probably will take some time.
Let me know if it helps.

Thank you! Guess we'll have to get that repository up again sooner than later. I appreciate your help!
