Doesn't require a reboot if I remember correctly. The database will be automatically converted, just make sure you answer yes when it asks you if you want to save your database. And of course before doing anything take a backup of your database in case you run into issues.
It should be all done in 10 minutes or so, but with anything I'd err on the side of caution and schedule a 1 hour outage.
