Upload costumized captive portal on ISE

We are working for guest SSID integrated with ISE and we would like to create a captive portal, ia there any option to upload external costumized captive portal

There are many pages in the community describing guest portal customizations listed under https://cs.co/ise-resources > Secure Wireless & Guest Access . There are many form fields that need populating based on the many portal configuration options so it is not as simple as "create html page and upload".  8-)
