User authentication issue when Using RDP

Dear community, 

I am having issues with identity cert authentication(EAP-TLS) when using RDP via dot1x. Happens same for PEAP. Only machine level authC happens. User identity authentication does not go through. 

TAC Suggested Anyconnect NAM. Do you have any other idea that would be helpful? Such as other Authentication protocols etc?

No. It's a known limitation with RDP and MS Windows OS, as I responded to your earlier thread Wired Domain Computer and User 802.1x being logged as MAB when using RDP/Remote VPN
