Using 3 Tiers of downlink non-Cisco switches for multi-auth

Hi,

We have a scenario where we have 

Endpoints---->Sw1-----Trunk-----Sw2-------Trunk------Sw3-------L2(non-Trunk)------Cisco Switch.

Do we see any challenge is authenticating Endpoints connecting to Sw1 and having them authenticated on Cisco Switch as part of multi-Auth ?

Is there a limitation on number of endpoints authenticating off a single multi-auth port ?
