Does Cisco ISE support posture assessment of endpoints connected through Citrix NetScaler VDI and Citrix NetScaler VPN Adapter agent?

It should work if it connecting to a switch with multi-auth with its own IP and no NAT and has not max out the session limited supported on the switch.

No, they don't for exactly the same reason that @hslai mentioned. I have
been trying this with Citrix VDI and Azure WVD and they both failed on
this. This is a big show stopper to progress VDI as you can go advanced in
rules implementation when you integrate ISE with FTDv for AD-Groups based
rules (again SGT isn't supported in Citrix or Azure clouds).
