Greetings all, I'm experiencing a connectivity issue between vISE and AD Server. vISE could not connect to AD, and I checked that there were two tests that failed.
But we check on the show disk; there is still sufficient space.
Is this an indication that the actual server is running out of disk space?
Do I need to increase the disk size on the actual server?
vISE version 2.7 patch 7
Thanks

Also, ISE 2.7 is past the End of Software Maintenance and reaches End of Support in September. You should strongly consider upgrading to a newer version ASAP.

Hello, Greg.
I appreciate your response. Yeah, we are still making progress on the tech refreshment for the newer ISE. Regarding the workaround, I can only perform the first and second actions because this is a one-node deployment.
Thanks

@RezaFH - perhaps ISE is saying there is a disk issue on the AD server - have you checked on the AD server?
I have never come across an issue on ISE where it can't connect to an AD server due to low disk reasons. Is this a new ISE VM (300GB is the bare minimum) ? What is the background here ? Did this ever work?

Hi, Arne. Sorry for lacking the background information, nevertheless this is an existing deployment that was running prior to the issue occurring where vISE connected to the AD normally. We checked on vSphere, and vISE already utilizes around 200 GB of the 1 TB of storage that we assigned.
relating to the AD, I will check on them.
Thanks
