we are trying to upgrade some VM server ISE to 2.2. we have some internal operation problem with redeploying 2.2 OVA ---> server team labor rate is too high......
so instead of using OVA, can we use ISO attach to VM and reinstall ?
Will there be a different ?

Yes, you can! The only real difference is that you can set the HDD size to anything you want (keep in mind the minimum sizes).

The time to install will be a bit longer since you are starting from scratch, but once completed, there will be no difference in operation.
