Webvpn, accessing a url that requires authentication by pki certificate

I have a requirement to use an SSL vpn to protect an OWA server. Authentication to the OWA server must be by PKI certificate.

Can this be done with a VPN Concentrator 3000?

Here is a document for Enabling Digital Certificates on the VPN Concentrator. Before you enable digital certificates on the VPN Concentrator, you must obtain at least one root and one identity certificate.
