Hello,

ACS customers that have not yet purchased ISE are allowed to purchase the ACS migration bundles.  Please send an email to acs-ise.bundle@external.cisco.com with the customer name in order to confirm that the customer is eligible.  The BU must approve the order, and getting pre-approval will speed up the process.

Also note that these bundles are non-configurable.   If the customer needs additional software, they will need to purchase it separately.

I will reach out to our PMs to comment but pretty sure they need to verify customer has acs before approving the migration purchase and most likely will check they didn't use same method already

Hi Patricia

Not sure if its a temporary issue but the mail server is rejecting inbound mails (from me at least). There could be lots of reason for this so wondering if anyone has had any success with this email address.

Alex

550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.

Our PM team has corrected the email alias, which should have the domain name external.cisco.com. Please try again and let us know if the emails still getting bounced.
