I also recommend you to open a TAC case to add support to the bug via the technical team. This is actually an Enhancement Request. It needs to be evaluated by the Dev/Eng teams. Status is Open. The HTOM (High Touch Operations Manager) - I assume the customer has one, can work to facilitate communication between cross-teams.
