Is there any way to tell what version of ISE shipped on my new SNS-3795-K9 servers without actually running the setup? I don't have any shipping documents as they went right to my data center but I probably could get ahold of the packing list if need be.
Thanks,
Henry

Really no way to know as it's probably based on date of manufacture. I think the 37xx are 3.1 minimum, but probably plan to reformat them to your version.
I would treat it like a switch, we have ordered a few and got 3 different code versions in the same order.
There could be a code version listed on the info on the sticker on the box with the serial etc, but not sure as I don't have an example to check myself.

They are always imaged with the latest ISE image at the time of manufacturing. But no way to verify what version is on any particular shipment. It depends on how long it sat in distribution and shipping. Always plan to re-image as needed. And patch!
