When will ISE stop requiring Adobe Flash?

I was surprised to find ISE 2.3 still insists on having Adobe Flash installed.

Are there plans to make ISE be a Flash-free application any time soon?

Yes, we are hoping for flash-free in next release.

The TcpDump in ISE 2.3 is no longer using it. The endpoint details from the global search results are what left still using Adobe flash, I believe.

With the upcoming release of ISE 2.4, have all elements of Flash been removed from the product?
