On my ACS 2.4 system, when I use CSUTIL to dump the users and groups a "jdoe" user id is shown in an unknown group.
However; jdoe or the group it is in does not show up in the ACS GUI under USERS.
Is this a maint id put in by CISCO ?
Can I get rid of it even though it does not show up in USERS ?
This started with our SOX work.
Thanks.
Jacob

Try adding the user "jdoe" and the group.See what it says.Use the DELETE?Keyword to remove the user information from the CiscoSecure User Database. For more info refer the following URL

The GUI to add jdoe and remove it did not work.
However, the CSUTIL delete did.
Thanks alot and now my auditors can sleep easy.
