Windows 10 devices can't connect to an 802.1X environment after November Update

I am planing to upgrade the ISE appliances from 1.4 to 2.0.0.306, but I came across following issue with ISE version 2.0 patch one.

Please advise me about the fixed release?

I am running Cisco ISE 1.4 with windows 10 and its working fine. I came across this link when we installed few windows 10 laptop and they were not able to connect to WIFI. I was thinking its bug but later realized that config was not done by the other guy so did the config as per EAP-TLS and was able to connect.

Check Cisco docs for any issue and read their change log.
