Windows 7, Kiosk Mode and NAC

I am trying to setup a Windows 7 machine to boot in Kiosk mode.  This process upon boot, should auto-log in, and run internet explorer and go to a web site.  My network guys have the MAC of this machine automatically logging in to the NAC.  However a problem exists because (I believe) the client machine apparently tries to access I.E. and the website before the NAC server has done its thing.  Therefore the client is still being prompted to log into the NAC instead of the client going straight to the website. 

Any suggestions on how to check for NAC authentication before proceeding.  I would like the client to always boot and go unattended to the website.

Are you deploying an inband or out of band solution?

You can run a script to test when the machine has full access by running a script (usually involves successful pings to a trusted network object such as default gateway).
