0 ip phones in campus manager 5.1.4

No phones are discovered in campus network,i have run the end host acquisition but I'm receiving only End host not even single phone.

Are the phones showing up as end hosts, or are they not showing up in UT at all?

Hi Clarke,

I have added the call manager in LMS and run a aquisition i have received the IP phones in UT.I am not able to get the username of the endusers,Is it necessary to run UTLite.exe in the logon scripts file and to edit the batch file in the active directory.

You need to run UTLite on each Windows end host to get the username populated in the UT end hosts report.
