My router has VLAN1 issuing IP's to all wired and wireless clients. I would like to only assign IP's to the wireless clients that have specific MAC addresses. I have read the document below:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/12_3t11/feature/guide/gtdhcpsm.html
and I understand it, but is there a way to keep the same network ID for both wireless and wired? Is it all MAC addresses (wired and wireless) or nothing, or do i have to create a new VLAN for the wireless clients and setup the static mapping for that VLAN?
Nearest I can tell, it looks like I would need to create a new vlan for the wireless clients and setup the static mapping for that vlan.
Thanks,
Tim
