Any new management Software?

I want to know is there any network management software i need to learn or know so i could stay up to date with Networking

Try out Netflow monitoring, we are using Caligare Flow Inspector software. The latest version implement network anomalies detection. We are using it for detection of worm infected stations. It is great software.

This software seem to be a virus detecting software, what about a software like Active directory (Server software) for managing networks like creating and deleting users, is there any new software that you think is better and more latest in the market
