I have deleted all the users on the Ciscoworks and created new users, but it wll not allow me delete them in the Approval list. How do I go about doing this.
And may this be the reason why I am not able to change the VLANs using Chasis view?

What error do you get trying to delete the users from the approval lists?
RME has nothing to do with CiscoView, so this has nothing to do with any problems you are seeing with VLANs in the Chassis View.
