I have configured 3 routers with OSPF and they are also been use as DHCP servers. The pc's connected are able to ping all the routers, but they cannot ping from one side to another. Always seems to have the same problem, "ARP protocol drops the frame".
Any solution?
Here's my program

You are using the same network in two different place in the topology. It will not work this way.
Just use different network address.
It is possible to use the same address in different places and use NAT to mascarate it, but, you should use static nat and not overload as you are doing.

ARP shouldn't jump across a L3 hop. So, if that's what you're are describing, it's expected behavior.
As to being unable to ping from one side to another, there's multiple possible causes. At the moment, respondng from my phone, cannot, at the moment, examine your PT attachment.
Most common causes are insufficient routing information and hosts without a default gateway.

Ah, well that's falls into the "multiple possible causes" category, although perhaps not as common as other errors.
IP subnets, generally, expect to be use the same L2 broadcast domain. This is why ARP fails.
