BBSM 5.3 SP1 - post charging problems

We have the following problem:

We have many pms transactions every day, with a 0d 00h:00m:00s duration and a charge in the room's bill.

The hotel reports us that there are many guests that complains about they didn't use the internet service, but they have a charge in their bill.

Is there any issue reported about that situation? It seems that the BBSM makes charges randomly.

I think this a problem with the PMS system. This PMS works with a third party PMS protocol. Please contact PMS vendor and ask forfurther details on how to configure PMS so that it can work with BBSM . I am sure that the problem is with the PMS configuration.
