Boot problem on 3524XL

at power on , these leds are amber : RPS , 3 , 7 , 11 , 15 , 19 , 23 and 3524XL doesn't start

what is the problem ?

That's not good at all! Looks like a pretty dead switch. If you have a spare, you could try to swap out the power supply, otherwise ..

this is the kind of situation where a service contract is required.
