Can retrieve Startup Config but not Running Config in RME 4.0

I'm having problems retrieving the running config from some of my devices. The snmp ro and rw strings. telnet and enable passwords pass device credentials test. Methods of retrievel are set to Telnet then tftp. The only difference I can see between these devices and other devices (so far) are that udp-small-servers and tcp-small-servers are enabled in the startup config. But this wouldn't stop a running config retrieval, would it??

Are you getting any error messages when you try to retrieve the running configuration. Because sometimes if there is a memory issue you may not be able to retrieve or even view the running configuration. You can try to reboot the device and try again.
