First, make sure pop-up blockers are disabled (i.e. pop-ups are allowed from the LMS server). If you don't see any error after enabling pop-ups, and this server is integrated with ACS, then check the Common Services > Device and Credentials > Reports > Devices not configured in ACS report to see if the device shows up there. If so, you will need to add this device as a TACACS+ client of the ACS server to which LMS is integrated.
