Cannot view route table for snmp oid ipRouteTable

There seems to be an issue with viewing the route table via snmp oid ipRouteTable (.1.3.6.1.2.1.4.21) using RFC1213-MIB which doesn't return nor respond to requests. The problems arises with all cisco router models as we have a variety (version 15 and higher). After further research IP-FORWARD-MIB ipCidrRouteTable (1.3.6.1.2.1.4.24.4) responds to requests by returning the routing information, has the oid for the route table been moved to IP-FORWARD-MIB ipCidrRouteTable (1.3.6.1.2.1.4.24.4)??

Using OpManager Plus to poll data, however I have tested other software's and no matter the system no data is returned.

I did some research, and oddly enough found this:

ipCidrRouteTable 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.24.4
This entity's IP Routing table. This table has been deprecated in favor of the IP version neutral inetCidrRouteTable.

In the inetCidrRouteTable the OID is yet another one:
