Catalyst 3550 Problem on ACL Manager 1.6

Hi,

I have my CW RWAN for windows with RME 3.5 and ACL Manager 1.6 to manage Access List on Cisco Catalyst 2950, 3550 & 6500 but unfortunately, catalyst 3550 appears as unsupported device on ACL Manager. I had upgrade RME with the lattes device package for every devices and up-grade IDU with IDU 11.0 but it is not resolve the problem… cat 3550 still appears as unsupported devices on ACL. I have tried to install ACL manager patch (CSCin83471) but when I applied it there was an error message that patch required CSCas11234 patch (RME JRM patch) installed first. I have tried to find out this patch (CSCas11234) at Cisco but I didn’t find it.

Don't worry about the bug (it is not patch, it seems to be bug). I think you need to update to the latest version and it will be automatically taken care.
