Catalyst 3650 unsupported protocol

After using express set up on a new 3650 switch, I try to access the webui, I get a prompt for secure access. If I chose yes I get the following message: xx.xx.xx.xx uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

If I choose non secure connection, I can see the dashboard/port status etc. but cannot make changes. Any help would be appreciated.

 - Available ciphers between secure server and switch do not match, try other browser or else enable   TLSv1.1 & TLSv1.2. You may verify these by  # nmap --script ssl-enum-ciphers <l3_switch_ip_address>.  or show  ip http server all (on the switch)
