CCP Problem

Hello,

I am using Cisco Configuration Professional for my studies to CCNA Voice and I have a problem:

When clicking on "Telephony settings" following message appears:

" Correct the following errors: An internal error has occurred." and I can't change anything in that page of software...

I run CCP as Admin and use 1.6.0.17 version of Java, operating system is windows 7 but I tested it also on XP and have the same issue.

I would be greatful for any help in this matter.

Hi I'm having the same issue as well.

I'm windows7 and tried IE8 and 9.

Everything else in CCP works fine so far.

I'm also having same problem but only with GNS3, when I access a 2801 router everything works fine.
