You'll need to exclude the commands:
Log in to LMS:
Go to RME -> Admin -> Config Management -> Archive Management -> Exclude Commands
Select the device type in the list on the left then in the right pane called
Exclude commands, write ntp clock-period, if there are multiple commands
you'll notice they are comma separated so just add this to the end of the
list ,ntp clock-period after this you'll stop the ntp changes from
triggering the config fetches,
