Cisco 1131 LWAPP AP Showing Unreachable

In our LMS 3.2 we have added the WLC 4402 , WiSM controllers , we have 1131 LWAPP registered to these controllers which are showing as Unreachable in the LMS Device Discovery failed through CDP .

When we login into the controller on the AP , CDP is enabled . however the controller does not support CDP

I wanted to know how can these AP  either be made reachable or excluded from discovery

LWAPPs are not SNMP-manageable, and thus will show as unreachable in LMS.  In order to exclude them, you must block out their IP addresses in the Discovery address filters (i.e. set the filter type to exclude, and list out the addresses or address ranges which cover the LWAPPS).
