Cisco 2800 router booting process problem

Hello

I have a problem while booting Cisco 2800 series router

When its powered up and going to boot IOS image, the error appears

*** System received a Software forced crash ***

signal= 0x17, code= 0x5, context= 0x0081f003

PC = 0x7, Cause = 0x20, Status Reg = 0x3041f003

I changed IOS image but error still apper, what can you advice

If changing the IOS did not resolve the issue, then this is a fatal hardware failure. Please replace the equipment.

With such limited information, I'd recommend you upgrade the IOS.
