Hello

i have no stackwise for stacking switch cisco 3650

but i would like to understand about numbering interfaces in stacked mode

when my cisco switch 3650 is standalone

i use OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7 to get Adminstatus with snmpwalk

 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7.3->Gi1/0/1

 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.7.4->Gi1/0/2

etc...

My Question

If i have a stackwise module for 2 switch 3650.

how cisco define Gi2/0/1,Gi2/0/2..... when i use snmpwalk 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1

Thanks for your answer

 - The idea is that snmp-walking will give you that info 'by itself'.

different platforms use different ifinst numbers, so maybe on a stack walk 2.2.1.2 first to get the interface names, then walk 2.2.1.7 until you get a feel for the correlation.
