- Try the procedures mentioned below also :

Thanks for your reply, but as you can see I made your suggestion, but the problem has not been fixed. The ASA can connect to the TFTP server and receive the IOS, but cannot load the IOS, and after the reload ASA will return to rommon mode again!

 - Your command(s) will not save the bin file to flash memory hence it can't boot after reload ; you need to have the bin image in flash too, using a command like this  (see below) : Normally if there is only one bin file in the flash the asa will load it per default.

copy tftp[:[[//location] [/tftp_pathname]]] [[flash/disk0][:[image | asdm]]]

Hello and thank you again.

But, i can not access to "copy" command in rommon mode.
Do you think can i use other device (for ex. ISR 3900) for copy ".bin" on flash and attach to ASA again?

-The initial download of the bin via tftp gives you a small running config where you can set network parameters too and then tftp an image to the flash ; check the link below for details. Actually it is  near the same as you did but it exemplifies that you must take the opportunity of when an tftp-image is running to then copy a bin image to the flash too :
