Cisco ASA Showing 0 Active VPN IPSec Tunnels

Hello everyone

I have a couple VPN tunnels configured on my Cisco ASA firewall, IKEv1 and IPSec.

However when, going to statistics I see 0 active tunnels, even though I have them up and users are currently connected.

Am I misunderstanding the terms here?

Here's a screenshot showing:

Thanks in advance, for any clarification!

Let me know!

 - Perhaps a bug, what asa-model are you having , lookup advisory software version, consider upgrading , if the problem is considered important (for instance).

Hello,

that looks odd indeed. You could try (from the CLI) to clear the stats:

clear vpn-sessiondb statistics all

@Georg Pauwen

The only thing that command changed is the number of previous tunnels from 19 to 22.

Active tunnels still showing 0.

What's the difference between previous and active though?

This must be a bug, ASA model isn't so new, and I guess the firmware isn't either.

Do you guys show active tunnels on your devices?
