Trying to re-add a CBS220 switch to our Cisco Business Dashboard setup. Got it added after numerous attempts but then the "Callhome Agent" got disabled. Re-enabled it but the switch won't successfully connect again and keep getting the error message "Application verification failure". I have tried to delete the certs added to the switch and all new settings on the CBD associated with that switch with no luck. It seems like there is something small I am overlooking but just not seeing it.

Issue Resolved.
The initial certificate on the dashboard that worked was by IP...A new cert had been issued after a name was given to the server. Used the new server name (instead of the IP) on the CBS220 to add into CBD and it worked. My switch has re-connected to CBD.

Hello,
you probably already did that, but did you already reboot the switch itself ?

Rebooted anyway and still the same results. The switch appears to clearly communicate initially with the dashboard (and actually did previously) but now it won't come back with a status that says "Connected".

Hello,
I was just about to suggest to reset the switch to factory defaults. Glad you got the issue resolved.
