Cisco C9400 remote ssh

for some reason I cannot remore ssh to my C9400,

I tried to ssh directly and it works.

I going through  a FW but the firewall is allowing the traffic, 

I used the same cable to connect a different Switch  and it works , so I know is not the FW.

I follow the steps in  creating a domin name  TEST.com

generated crypto key

I do not know what else I am missing

Do you get any response when attempting to SSH?  i.e. connection refused? no response?

It works when you are local, but not when traversing firewall?  I that correct?

1)make sure of connectivity between your machine and the switch
2)configure loca username and password if you need it
#username test password cisco
3)you already generated cyptonkey so it's fine
4)line vty

#line vty 0 4
#transport input ssh /you can do all if you want telnet
#login local
