Cisco Jabber .dmp file

Hi,

I´ve been having a crash problem when Cisco Jabber share desktop, it works right, but some users have reported their Cisco Jabber application crashes when they are sharing desktop, I have used the Windbg tool to analyze what caused the crash and I´ve found this.

After that I only see information about computer was the problem, more specifically the "rdpbase.dll" archive, I´m new using this tool and I´d like to know if the problem is the pc as I supossed.

I don't know if you found this information yet, but we've put in tickets about this before.  It's a known problem and they blame a bug in Microsoft RDP that they say they have a ticket open with MS about.  But so far no resolution.
