Cisco MSE Service No Longer Starting Properly MSE 7.4.100.0

Our Prime lost connectivity to our MSE as while back.  I restarted the services once and that fixed it for a while, then it stopped working again.  Now if I restart the services it doesn't come back and if you do a /etc/init.d/msed status you get the following:

Health Monitor is running
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.
Starting MSE Platform, Waiting to check the status.

This will just continue on forever.

 

Anyone seen this?  I would open a TAC case but my finance dept. is dragging their feet on the coverage.  So I figured I'd give this a shot.

Can you tar everything under the logs directory & upload it here ? 

On the MSE, logs are under /opt/mse/logs
