hello brand new to CNA. CNA will not discover my 7940 ip phones. I get the message "IOS Command not found" when trying to create a community.

any ideas?

Cisco has decided that phones don't talk SNMP.

So you need to speak http to the phone if you want any info from them. That's how callmanagers get their stuff from the phones.

I don't think CNA will speak http so I guess you can't manage the phones with it.
