Indirectly.
See the release notes for CNA (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_network_assistant/version5_0/release/notes/OL12210a.html#wp699844). They state, in part, that:
"The Topology View of Network Assistant supports Catalyst 6500 switches. You cannot add these devices to a community or cluster, but you can start device manager for them from the Topology view."
Basically, they are saying that the full functionality of CNA is not available for the 6500. You can use CNA in conjunction with the CiscoView Device Manager. That product, however, appears to be somewhat orphaned (last update over four years ago - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/cscowork/ps4565/prod_release_notes_list.html) so you might not want to go with that option.
A full CiscoWorks LMS setup would certainly gives you lots of functionality (CiscoView, Campus Manager, RME, etc.), but along with it, a fairly high cost of ownership which may be too much for a small installation.
