Cisco Network assistant problem

Hi, I need help to this soft, I have CNA VER 5.3 and some devices display N/A Unsupported devices, how to remove that condition in my devices

Check for the devices supported by Cisco Network assistant by referring the link given below:

I think that there is a bug filed for the same but no workaround available as of now if the device you have is present under the supported device section.
