We have just implemented Cisco Prime 3.1, which has a number of local users configured and one virtual domain. However, we have noticed that the number of alarms indicated in the "Alarm Summary" of the "Metrics" dashlet varies between users - for example the "root" user is currently showing 14 critical alarms and one of the service desk users is currently showing 7 critical alarms. At the moment I can't see any logical reason why this would happen, any help would be appreciated.
