Cisco Prime 3.3 or 3.4 Alarm Summary No data is Aviable

Hi,

New install OVA virtual 

Alarm summary is not displaying alarm (No data is Aviable)  that are visible with "Showing Alarm History"

some comments or help .

after connecting the controller, a few days later the applet

We are having pretty much same issue.

After clicking the alarms, it is not listing on next page.

We are using Firefox, Chrome and I.E. All same thing.

Check your Rights for this User Group.
1. ) Administration / Users / Users, Roles & AAA / User Groups
2.) Click on the UserGroup
3.) Add under Network Monitoring > Incidents Alarms Events Access
