Cisco Prime 3.8 registration failed due to connection error

Yes I'm using Prime 3.5 not 3.8 and 3.9 which are affected and mentionned in the document!

- Your Prime version is older, so it is affected too. They didn't bother to
include too old versions. You will need to start thinking about an upgrade
path....M.

Thank sir for your reply but our ESXI version is 5.5 so it's supported just by PI3.5 or earlier ! In our case, an upgrade can't be a solution!

- I am afraid then you are dead locked. If this is business dependend then
you need to involve Cisco TAC. M.
