The size you see in the file name is the size of the database prior to compression (in our case 323GB is reduced to a 20GB backup).

Was there any error message?

If you're restoring using the cli, you need to restore using the command restore <filename> repo <reponame> application NCS

If you don't include the application in the command the restore will fail.

Dears,

I have a question about this topic. My Cisco Prime 3.7 automatically do a localdisk backup in the defaultRepo. But when I apply the schedule to a FTP repository, I lose my localdisk backup, can I make two backups, local and remote simultaneous?

Regards!
