Cisco Prime Info 3.1 startup issue

Dears,

thanks for spending your time for checking my problem

I am currently having an issue which the PI failed to Strat after shutdown

the PI is version 3.1 and build in VMware Platform

during the boot, I observe that the console said some user missing and file missing

I have uploaded to this discussion and please let me know what shall I do

 Hmm , seems like this Prime installation may be corrupted. Re-install it again and restore from backup.

but the backup seems to be crashed so 

is there anyway we could copy the database from this old unit to new unit

 - As far as I know the database can only be contained in a valid backup, and has no other means of restoring.
