I have cisco prime infrastructure 2.2 and some questions.
1. There Monitor > Clients and Users column "Client host name". But she did not fill in for all records, but for them to have DNS PTR. Maybe there is the log, where can see the reason?
2. How to configure the switch to summer/winter time?
3. How find PC over "Client host name"? Field "Search" not work (it work in LMS).
4. Not work credential for https, atghough i configure usernsme and password(enable)? Ssh works fine.

Hi, Sergey.
1. Have you enabled hostname lookup option? It is disabled by default. Also try to check PTR record resolution with nslookup...
2. Is your timezone configured correctly? I hope ntp synchronization should help you;
4. As I remember you shouldn't use https for device management. But you can try to give that user priviledge level 15 and use his password (not enable password);

1. You mean Administration > Settings > System Settings > Client > Host Name Lookup it is enabled. Records it is fill partial.
2. I hope so...
4. How i understand Cisco Prime Infra 2.2 use http/https only for NAM.

1. Yes, do you mean that PTR records are filled partially? Did you check one of them with nslookup from the PI instance?
